Rationality is only rational so long as it is sane,
and by sane I mean that it remains the same;
somewhat true to a cause, or straight along the path.
I know it seems complex, but it's only simple math.
Don't over think the turning of a subtle grin,
for a single smile may warm the winter's wind
and give heat to a soul that has grown a little cold.
In youth you sometimes forget that the world is old
and so are those who live here long, some shorter still.
If they go forgotten, how do you think that would feel?
Tomorrow only comes to those who have a place.
For those who have nothing there is only empty space
Which brings us back to sanity, and what we call insane.
Is it rational for some of us to live in constant pain?
I suppose the answer is nothing if not plain.
Everything is alright, so long as it remains the same.
